MARINA COMFORT – RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.   Prices are per week, 7 bed nights.

      Refunds - All Deposits are Non Refundable

Holiday cancellation Insurance is NOTt included in the rental and should

you have to cancel your booking for whatever reason a refund will only be made if  Marina Comfort can re-let the accommodation for the period concerned. We strongly reccommend you take out cancellation insurance.

If full payment made - Refunds will depend on how close to arrival and the likelihood of the apartment being re-booked and if rates had to be reduced due to last minute let.

A minimun cancellation fee of €65 applies.

Cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to your stay 60% refund

Cancellation 5 -3 weeks prior to your stay 40% refund

No refunds for cancellation 2 weeks or less prior to your stay.

2.   Check in time 2-6pm on day of arrival
      Check out time 11am or by arrangement

3.   On your arrival you will be met by our key holders in the Marina. Should you have any problems during yourstay you should contact us direct.

4.   No Stag or Hen parties catered for.

5.   You are liable for any damages to furniture & contents during your stay.
We would ask you to notify our local representative in the event of any
Breakages.

6.   We would ask you to be respectful to your neighbours and keep nose and
Music levels to an acceptable level.

7.   As we have never had any problem with security we do ask you to be always
Vigilant & lock all doors, windows & patio doors when going out. We regret we can not be liable for any items lost or stolen.

8.   Children are welcome but we would ask you to be extra vigilant especially
On the stairs & never leave children unsupervised on the terrace.

9.   Smoking is permitted but we would request you do so outside on the terrace
Out of respect for non- smokers who may be checking in after you.

10.   Towels are for use in the apartment. Beach towels are not provided.
Bed Linen is also provided.

11. Cars are generally not necessary in this location due to the numerous local facilities. There is NO private car parking space provided with either apartment. In peak season in particular car parking can be a problem. There is some cheaper on street parking when you can find a spot, otherwise its underground or surface Municipal car parking which is more expensive. Cars are parked at owners own risk and the owners of Marina comfort will not accept any responsibility for any damage or theft. The public transport system is excellent & cheap & taxis are numerous.
